The film looks at The Wave Building in Gdansk: an extravagant version of a tower block with a whole community living in one building. It used to house up to 10,000 people.
Commissioned by The Wapping Project & Jerwood Charitable Foundation for the series Jerwood: Found in Translation, 2008, and first exhibited at The Wapping Project as part of a solo exhibition Gdansk: Polish Lives Found in Translation, 2008.
